The book was signed at the author's art/design showroom Voila, which is located on La Brea Avenue in Hollywood, California. Introduction by Katrien Van der Schueren. Contains 131 full-page full-colour plates, with title printed below. The appendix at rear contains thumbnails of most of the Jung-Koch-Quentell charts, with keys (or explanatory text details) printed beside each. All the Jung-Koch-Quentell charts in this book are presented exactly as they were originally printed - without any explanatory text on the image itself. The keys included here are taken from the educational manuals that the printer, Hagemann Educational Media, supplies with each wall chart. Also includes credits, bibliography, references, author biography, plus acknowledgments. From the author's biography page: "Katrien Van der Schueren has been collecting educational charts since childhood. She owns Voila! Art for the Modern Eye, an eclectic showroom in Los Angeles, where she juxtaposes vintage finds and contemporary art with her own line of designs, including furniture, lighting, and decorative objects. Before moving to the United States, Katrien, a native Belgian, studied at the Ecole du Louvre in Paris and worked with the Flemish Ministry of Culture and the European Commission in Brussels. She has written numerous articles about art and the history of collecting for various European newspapers, magazines, and museums. Katrien and her collection of curiosities have been featured in the Los Angeles Times, Los Angeles magazine, Angeleno magazine, Western Interiors, and Architectural Digest, among others".
