Anne Lindsay Greer, along with her colleagues Dean Fearing, Robert Del Grande, and Stephan Pyles (chef/owner of Stampede 66 in Dallas) contributed to changes in the cuisine of the U.S. states of Texas, New Mexico, and Arizona.
