A total of 668 ovaries were collected from Baghdad alshella slaughter house to study the maturation of sheep oocyte, in vitro fertilization and follow up cell division of embryos. The second experiment includes two major parts. The first to study the DNA extraction from different stages of embryonic development, while the second one was to investigate the genetic variations between each cell division of embryonic development.
