Microstructure study was also carried out using Scanning Electron Microscope. The analysis revealed the optimal combination of process parameters and most influencing factor for multi response optimization. This analysis helps to focus on the alternate methods of machining that focuses on cost effectiveness. It is especially useful for the professionals in Micro channels machining, or anyone else who may consider Micro channels applications.
