The analysis showed that the level of lowering of operating cost by the HMOs is significantly high (62.0%), the level increase in revenue generation by HMOs is significantly high (69.0%), the level of customer acquisition by HMOs is significantly high (70.0%) and the level of business communication is high (55.3%) it is concluded that the HMOs used in this study are on lower operating costs, strong customer base, operating liquidity and high communication.
